In a meaningful demonstration of its commitment to supporting innovation and excellence in hospitality education, SSHOTSCORP proudly participated in the 2nd General Membership Meeting and International Research Conference organized by the United Tourism and Hospitality Professionals (UTHP). The event took place from April 10 to 12, 2025, at the Paradise Garden Resort Hotel and Convention Center in Boracay, and gathered distinguished educators, researchers, and tourism professionals from across the country and around the world.
With the theme “UTHP @ your SERVICE: Sustainability, Education, Research, and Values towards Innovation, Collaboration and Excellence,” the conference provided a dynamic platform for discussion, learning, and collaborative engagement in shaping the future of tourism and hospitality education.
As part of the conference’s highly anticipated raffle segment, SSHOTSCORP was honored to award Pan Pacific University in Pangasinan with one full year of complimentary access to its SKYFOS Property Management System (PMS). The award certificate was formally presented by Mr. Jan Michael Saniel, Sales Head of SSHOTS, and Dr. Angelie Vizconde, Vice President of UTHP.
This award reflects SSHOTSCORP’s advocacy for bridging the gap between academic theory and industry practice. By offering access to the SKYFOS PMS—an industry-grade hotel management software—hospitality students at Pan Pacific University will now be able to engage in immersive, hands-on learning experiences that simulate real-world hotel operations, including front desk services, reservations, housekeeping coordination, and more.
Through this initiative, SSHOTSCORP continues to support educational institutions in enhancing curriculum delivery through technology integration. The goal is clear: to equip future hospitality professionals with the tools, skills, and confidence they need to thrive in an ever-evolving global tourism landscape.
SSHOTSCORP extends its warm congratulations to Pan Pacific University and looks forward to seeing the impact this partnership will bring to their hospitality program. Together with UTHP and partner institutions, SSHOTSCORP remains committed to promoting sustainability, research, innovation, and collaboration in education.
